The staff here was completly unprofessional. They were so behind I waited two hours for my exam to begin, after being switched from chair to chair to chair, because one of the x ray machines was not working. I was suppost to have a cleaning after my exam that did not get scheduled. One of their front desk girl proceeded to argue with me. I told them I wanted my my xrays ( which was the only thing I had done that day) and the girl said they would be ready the next day. TWO WEEKS later I called to let them know I was comming to pick up my x-rays, they still were not done. The lady I spoke with informed me I would have to wait till tomorrow, I told her NO, that I had a dentist appointment at another dentist TODAY, and that my xrays were suppost to be ready two weeks ago. After huffing and puffing, and losing my "formal" faxed consent for them to release my own medical information to myself ( I DIDNT GET THAT EITHER) twice, I finally was able to get my xrays. All these people did for me was cause me a headache and a waste of time.

Great!!!!! Very friendly and helpful with all aspects of dental care. Would recommend to all people scouting out a dentist.

The staff is very professional. A truly exceptional experience at the dentist. The first I have had in a lot of years.
