We need a emergency repair, yet the technician was really slow to give us a quote on the parts. Had to call another company and they were able to give me a quote right away. I am OK to pay the service call, but they didn't tell you it's minimum of one and half hours charge when you called, but charge you anyway. Will never use them again.
