I have to say that I was very upset with my services received. I'd never really had an issue with hibdons before-I generally go to them for all my oil changes with no problems-but this time was an issue. A few months ago I needed to replace both of my front tires so I thought "hibdons will be great, I trust them" and off I went. They replaced both tires but one of the new tires developed an air bubble within 24 hours. They did replace it under warranty but I started to notice a strange noise when I turned my car to the right. The noise grew louder so I went back to hibdons to ask about it while I was getting my oil changed. They took all my tires off the car and told me that my wheel bearing was out, it would be $250 to replace and that it had nothing to do with them replacing my tires, then put all of my tires back on my car after I said I would need to gather funds. I had a bad feeling about it so I took it to my dealership...where I was informed that no, my wheel bearing was not broken...hibdons had left a bolt loose when they put my tires on (and apparently still left it loose after their car inspection) it took 10 seconds (and no money) for the dealership to fix, but I feel like hibdons was trying to swindle me because I am a girl who doesn't know much about cars...and they put my life at potential risk because that bolt being loose could have caused my tire to come off while driving. Definitely not happy and will NOT be back
