This is a horrible place to live. The owner doesn’t care about her renters. She’s cheap and doesn’t want to make necessary repairs to her property. When you tell her about something that needs to be fixed she always tries to make it your fault first. Then if she can’t do that it takes her weeks and sometimes months to get it fixed. The people she sends out normally don’t really know what they’re doing so it takes about three visits before it’s fixed properly. The only people allowed to have pets are the ones that work for her or are good friends with her. The water is hard and has a horrible smell to it most of the time. There are no amenities. Her rates are way over priced.
