These guys promise a lot and never follow thru. John Terrell promised a professionally cleaned and move in ready home. I found a home with all kinds of things that still did not work, was never cleaned and it has taken a lot of time, phone calls, emails just to get a couple of things fixed and there are still other things that DO NOT WORK. When you call they treat you like you are being a pain and some how its your fault things aren't working. If you do rent from these guys I wouldn't sign a lease or pay any money until every thing in the house you rent is just the way you want it.

A total fraud. I hope the Attorney Generals office shuts them down. Forget about getting them to do anything once they have your money. They will make up fictional repairs to avoid giving you your deposit. COMPLETE FRAUDS!

I have seen the other reviews and have had the opposite experience with them.They were very courteous and professional to me. I have been renting from them for 10 months and I have had no issues. I met with the owners of the company and both were very kind and helpful. My phone calls are returned in a timely manner and all of my correspondence with staff has been exceptional.

There is a guy that works for this company and his name is Dale. I would not let Dale mow my yard let alone let him talk to my customers. He's misinformed, rude and has the customer service skills of a fart. This guy treats people like they are stupid. Apparently Dale isn't interested in helping people find available housing solutions. Dale would rather treat you like mud. Homes4lease needs to get rid of this guy or else promote him to janitorial duties. He's much more suited for cleaning up crap rather than having an opportunity to treat customers like it.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. After you sign a lease they refuse to deal with you and wont return your calls. I told them that their advertisement made me fear for the safety of my daughter and they told me it was not their problem and to call the cops. Not once did they try to help me get their Craigslist ad removed even though they were causing the dangerous individuals to knock on my door after dark. Then I was lied to and lead to believe that I would get my rent pro-rated if I moved out early. This is an absolute lie.



The house I lived in was a million times cleaner when I left. Yet, they still kept all most all of my security deposit. I have read other reviews similar to mine so I hope that others do not fall into the Homes4Lease traps that I did.
