This business is very unprofessional. I sent two packages to Vietnam recently and when my mom received them, they had been rummaged through and some of the contents had actually been opened (i.e. bottles of cream had their lids popped, lipstick covers were removed, and a bottle of liquid throat spray was broken). I asked for reimbursement for the damages and was told everything from it was my fault for not packing well (everything was tightly packed before the representative's eyes on the date of shipment), that my mom should have opened the package in front of the courier (the courier dropped off the package and sped off without having my mom sign anything or giving her time to check out the package), and that eventually the company was just not going to cover anything. I would not use this business at all for your shipping needs to Vietnam or anywhere else.
