Worst customer service attitude ever. If you have to buy a car here I suggest you take it somewhere else for service.

Horrible service

My brand new car has broke down twice in 8 months. I talked to service manager. He told me 430$ to clean the tank because there is diesel in gas. It's not under warranty. They told me there was gas problem last time too. I asked him why the chevelet car mess up with gas so much. He told me it was General Motors fault not their fault. Then he insulted me and threatened me to tow my car out of the garage to my home. I talked to general manager, but they are on the same boat. I never thought about it would be a flight like this. Now, I am looking for help from the lawyer. I am thinking to take this to the court... Horrible ! Don't believe this place!

Horrible customer service!! The salesman and GM were great, of course they would be!!! After we purchased the vehicle, they were done with us. I tried to email Darrel in financing several times, and never returned my emails. So then I tried calling him everyday for a week, never not once returned my calls. He finally text my husband a week later, how professional is that?? They don not take care of business like they are the only dealership in the world and act like they are that busy!!! Do not recommend anyone to waste their time, beyond frustrating!!!!

I am furious with the dealership right now. When trying to find someone to give me a loan, they didn't take into consideration the $2K down I put. So, when a bank gave me a loan, it was for the FULL PRICE of the car. Now, my loan company shows that I owe $2K more than I should for the car..I put money down, so I shouldn't have been given a loan for the full price of the car. I'm livid. Does Hudiburg not sell cars for a living? How did they make such a stupid mistake? They're lucky I absolutely love my car...

WORST experience ever! Out $21...

WORST experience ever! Out $2100 and they couldn't even fix the problem. We paid $2100 for a labor intensive job, 10+ hours of labor. Prior to the work beginning, the ballpark figure went from $2000 to $2700 because they didn't account for some misc. bolts and gaskets. Fortunately, Robbie the service dept manager agreed to keep that at or near the ballpark figure so they offered to do the job for around $2100. They were unwilling to match any local hourly rate, or even look for further discounts that might be available for us. After 3 days, our vehicle was ready to be picked up. Robbie assured me there was no further damage from the lifters going bad. However, within 3 miles of leaving the shop, I get the same noise. SAME PROBLEM. We take the vehicle back in under the warranty of the work they provided. Long story short, they can't fix the real problem and suggest a new engine!! That's when I voiced my concern that we are out $2100 and they didn't even fix the problem. A warranty does NO GOOD when they never actually fix the problem. Apparently Robbie checked with his GM to see if he could get a refund or even partial refund. The GM said NO CHANCE!!! Then to add insult to injury, Robbie claims to have lost my phone number not once, but TWICE!! I'm still waiting on him to return my call about helping us with a decent trade-in offer. However, we already sold the vehicle and will NEVER use Hudiburg again for anything. They had too many opportunities to fix our relationship and refused to do so every time. Oh, by the way, we secretly got the sales department interested in our "unfixed" vehicle, but sold it to another dealer because Hudiburg wanted to spend 2 hours on an evaluation just to make an offer on it. We went to another dealership and sold the vehicle WITH THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON and walked out with a check in hand in less than 1 hour.
