They threw the items over the fence and were too lazy to come to the door and ring the bell ... I called and talk to the owner '' Fred Nettle '' And he was saying that his workers would not do anything of a sort of throwing the flowers and gift over the fence ... So I guess his employees are perfect ... Yeah right ... He was also rude to me and hung up the phone on me because he did not like me saying that his employee was to lazy to come to my door and ring my door bell ... This was to be a special gift from my love and was ruined by this crummy flower store ... Jewel Box Florist Inc sucks ...

I went to the store and specifically picked out the arrangement from the Mother's Day poster with the Vera Lang collection. I specified that I wanted the arrangement just in a reqular vase. I paid the prise for the arrangement and had them delivered the next day to my Moms job. When I went to visit her after work, I saw the flowers and they were nothing like I ordered. I was very dissapointed and the arrangement they looked plain and sad. I live on the same block as the florist and have been going there for 8 years and I even sent a co-worker there and she was not happy with her arrangement she purchased for her mom. They even charged her account a delivery fee and she picked hers up. I will never go back. I will go further out to order my flowers from now on. I buy everyone flowers instead of gifts all year round so they have lost a great customer.
