I chose to go into medicine because I've always had a heart for just helping people and medicine gives you lots of ways to do that. When COVID hit, I was like, how can I help? I got a job as a patient care tech in a hospital and was like, yep, that's what I want to do for the rest of my life. Now I need to find a way to do it. So I became a physician assistant. I'm passionate about serving however I can, and right now that?s through helping people with orthopedic injuries or concerns. I want to be as helpful as I can. I want patients to know they're in good hands with me and they?ll be listened to and followed up with and they'll be cared for as best I can. I don't want them to be afraid that I'm a brand-new PA. I?ve been in rotations for the past year and a half. I have a, a pretty good idea of what I'm doing but at the end of the day I'm here to serve you and care for you. That's what I want them to know.
