Provided by YP.comWe love Leisure Time and the people who work there! We bought an above ground pool and a hot tub last fall. They helped us every step of the way and always answered our questions quickly. They gave us a great recommendation on an installer who would bury our pool and build a deck around it. We buy all our chemicals and other products from them. The staff is always very friendly. They treat us like family!

Provided by YP.comWe purchased our very first pool in August 2014. We were concerned that we wouldn't know how to take care of it. Leisure Time helped us every step of the way. When it was time to winterize, we went in and they gave us a sheet with clear instructions and went over it with us step-by-step. We love our pool!

Provided by YP.comOh, where to begin. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place to anyone looking to purchase a pool. Once your check is written, you are written...off. Apparently, if you choose to not pay for delivery, they pretty much forget who you are after they cash your check. Upon purchasing, we were told we would be contacted via email regarding the details. After two weeks, I finally called and was told "oh yea, you need to contact the installer." Well, it would have been nice to be given the installers contact information the day we purchased the pool. The installer I was put in contact with was TERRIBLE! We contacted him twice to find out what we needed to do, if he needed to come look at the backyard, and we were told "no". After being put off a couple of times, he shows up and tells us that we need to sign a waiver because the underground wiring wasn't marked. We refused and he left. Well, had he told us this prior to showing up, we would have had it done. When he shows back up 1 1/2 weeks later, he charged us an additional $150 because he had to dig more than 6" on one side of the pool, which is STILL not level (there are lumps all over the bottom when you walk). Then they want to charge you extra to fill in the dirt around the pool. They didn't complete the job because we were told we had to fill the pool at least 2 feet before they can cut the hole for the filter. It then took him another 2 weeks to come back because he refused to answer my son's calls. I had to call the pool company and have them contact the installer. To make it worse, after they finally came out, they had to come back because there was a leak after they installed the filter. THEN, we ended up having to go back to the pool place because they didn't even give us a filter cartridge and the kid blamed it on his dad saying he must have removed it. Heads up, if someone purchases a pool you DON'T give their items to anyone but them. I will never recommend this place. Between lack of professionalism and their use of shotty contractors, NO THANKS!

Provided by YP.comI got my pool from Leisure time pools on 6/1/2009 .The liner seam blew out and flooded my back porch and my hot tub.The Warranty says all liner seams are sealed with fusion weld and give the liner a 100% strongman warranty for a Lifetime.I called the store about my problem with the pool they sold me.I talked with the owner she told me I would have to buy a new liner 299.00 seal kit 30.00 copping strips 50.00 and hire someone to put the new liner in 350.00.So she told me she was to busy selling new pools to people to help me with my problem. So it's going to cost me 730.00 dollars for a new liner that has a lifetime Warranty. No service after the sale 0 !

Provided by YP.comI am a Tye-Dye person and do free classes for Girl scouts, Schools, Groove Fest etc. I struggle to find supplies I can afford. These guys have helped me forever. They are always nice, polite and never down on me for not being a rich pool owner like some places. This is where you go to get great prices & wonderful treatment.

Provided by YP.comWe bought our first home this year and it came with a pool that had been neglected for years. With Leisure Times help we were able to clean it up and start using it in 2 weeks. They talked us through the whole process. They were so helpful and really took the time to make it easy for us. I would'nt go anywhere else. The staff is sooooo nice and knew us by name when we went in. I would recommend this store to anybody with a pool. BEST STORE EVER!!!!

Provided by YP.comBe advised that the store off of I-35 has the worst customer service skills I have ever came in contact with! The man I spoke with on the phone was "the owner" and he talked over me the whole conversation. When questioned regarding pricing he became beligerant and ultimately hung up on me. I returned the call and his attitude worsened. Please think twice before shopping at this store. Word of mouth means everything when you own a business and I will make sure to tell everyone I know how I was treated. BEWARE!
