Great food and atmosphere

Had a great dinner date with a fun waitress.

Mama Roja has the worst food my family and I have ever tasted. It does not taste Mexican. It's a salty, bad tasting, mixture of unhealthy ingredients.



I will give it credit for its closeness to the lake ONLY.

I love going to Mama Roja! They have the best layout and seating arrangments. Every room over looks the lake and the servers are so nice. If you get there around 6 in the evening, its usually really really busy because it's so popular. They have a wide assortment of salsa's you can choose from. My favorite is the pureed guacomole salsa! There is an outside patio with a nice bar as well. Then after dinner and your able to walk, you can take a stroll down to the pier and lighthouse that sits on lake. I highly recommend this resturant to anyone! A lovely place to enjoy an evening with your hubby, family, friends, or all of the above!
