While the Doctor himself is perfectly acceptable, the receptionist from today 10/20/2014 was the RUDEST person I have ever tried to talk to in any medical office anywhere! She kept sighing at my questions, didn't actually answer anything and didn't bother herself with the fact that I need information since my husband has been out of his medicine since Thursday and it is now almost past business hours for monday, I called at 9, 11, and 330 and received the same rude behavior each time, and then she proceeded to blow me off. While seeing the doctor he assures you that refills are no problem, however the nasty receptionist makes it absolutely as difficult as possible to get anything done, and doesn't care about "assisting" you, and it's not her pleasure, we are switching doctors as of today! They need to fire her and find someone else who can at least pretend to care for two minute phone calls!
