OPEN NOW - Open 24 Hours

On Sept. 27, 2015 at 2 pm, I went through the drive thru to order our food. Of course, we had to pull over and wait for our food to be made. I didn't mind, even though there were no other drive thru customers at this time. Mean while my boyfriend needed to use the bathroom. So, he went into the dining area door. Where he was stopped by an employee. He ask where the bathroom was, he was told he could not use it. He told them we were waiting on our food through the drive thru to be prepared. He was told the bathroom was for dine in customers only. I am angered by the way he was treated. Not only that, they use English as a second language in this facility. They are employed in the United States, they should not assume that customers speak Spanish. We do not understand Spanish, and would appreciate being spoken to in our own language, English. They really need to work on their customer skills. I am sickened by the service we received today. I will drive out of my way to go to McDonald's in the future. Before I return to this one.
