First class sales. Absolutely the best.

It's fun to have quality sales to attend on our weekends off, as both my husband and I do nothing but work, it seems.

We hired Matt to conduct my estate sale at the beginning of the summer in 2009.

I was feeling overwhelmed and didn’t know what to do. Matt had been referred to me via a business associate.

In the many years I have worked with Matt McNeil I have been amazed by his knowledge of all genres of antiques and collectibles. From Russian Art to rusty barbed wire Matt knows the value. Matt and his crew will come into a home and clean, sort, price, photograph & get the sale set up & ready to go. He sends out a weekly email blast listing not only his sale, but the sales of other sales in the area. This email goes out to several thousand people.

Matt's estate sales are highly organized with clearly marked prices. He has security cameras, uniformed security, and only allows a limited number of people inside at one time.

I am an Estate Sale junkie and I have attended many of the sales conducted by McNeil Liquidations & Appraisals. There is no comparison to sales conducted by Matt to the other sales. Matt's sales are organized, reasonable pricing, and a helpful, knowledgeable staff. They don't just stick a sign in the yard & open the doors, they control the number of people allowed inside at a time so you aren't crammed in like a can of sardines. He was very knowledgable in not only the era my item was from but also the process in which it was made. He knew multiple items varying in centuries and who the producer of the item was. I would highly recommend and will be using him in the future for all my appraising.
