Chris removed and replaced a defective water pump on my Kenmore washing machine. He did the job professionally and my machine was up and running again in no time. I highly recommend this company.

While on a job site one of our tenants was having difficulties with one of the dryers. I couldn't figure out what was going on. No matter how many times we tried to dry her clothes they just weren't getting dry. I called OKC and knew we were going to have to wait a day or two before anyone showed up. Instead someone was here within an hour after calling. After waiting a reasonable amount of time, a technician came by and fixed our problem. Good thing we didn't have to put the "out of order" sign. Thank you so much Okc.

this guy is one of the nicest repairman i have had in my house i had called sears for my washer and waited on there secdual for a week and the day they were going to come out they did not show up!!!!!! but i called metro and they came out that day and fixed it on the spot and i waited for sears for a week if you need something fixed right the first time and dont want to wait call these guys i would highly recommend them!!!

They did a very good job on repairing my refrigerator. They showed up between the hours that the appointment was scheduled. I received a very good estimate over the phone and when they were finished repairing my fridge it was very close to the estimate i received. The guy that was working on the fridge was very friendly. I would call this company again for any other problems with my house hold appliances.

Were here within an hour of when I called and the tech was able to fix it on the spot in well under an hour. He told me how much parts and labor would be before he started repairs and I was charged exaclty that. Very professional and the fridge works great now. Seemed a little pricey, but I guess it was a whole lot cheaper than buying a new one.
