Bought a diamond engagement ring from them, 2 months later the accent diamonds started falling out. Asked for a refund and they ignored me.

Michael was very nice, and he offered me twice what everyone else did.

He offered me $500 on a 1 Carat Flawless Marquise Cut set in 950 Platinum. The platinum alone was worth $500. Then insulted me when I refused his offer. So I called him a Crook and Left.

They spent a lot of time with me and gave me the best price. I tried a couple of pawn shops and scrap buyers and they tried to lowball me. Michael Bay Estate Buyers offered me much more for my jewelry. Would definitely recommend.

I wanted to make an appointment and he told me He was busy and then Hung up.

Surprised to read the other reviews. Had a great experience. Polite & courteous and got a great price for my old gold jewelry.
