The Monarch Website is advertising a special that reads:

$29 Cleaning, Exam, Digital X-rays & Therapeutic Rinse*



* Retail price $300. New adult cash patients only. Services rendered same day. Cleaning in absence of periodontal disease. All offers subject to change, cannot be combined and expire 12/31/12.



They did an exam and x-rays only and said my daughter had to come back another day for the cleaning, when the dentist was in.

They also said my daughter had 6 cavities.

The coupon states the cleaning is done the same day and they refused.

If they don't honor coupons, I don't trust them.

I will get her cavities filled elsewhere and also get a 2nd opinion on how many cavities she has.
