I've used them 3 times now. The first two times were to Groovies and Speakeasy and the last time was to the airport. The time I went to Groovies I called Thunder first and they left me hanging for an hour. When I called Thunder back the dispatcher gave me attitude. I don't need attitude from someone I'm paying so I called Nascab after one of my friends reccomended them. The car was clean, the driver Chris was funny and after I told him about Thunder HE GAVE US A BREAK ON THE PRICE. That's never happened before. I'd give them five stars but They took 20 mins when the dispatcher said it would be 15 to get us.
