Dr. Christopher â??Chrisâ?? Harris is a 2006 graduate of Booker T. Washington High School. He attended Jackson State University (Jackson, MS), where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in biology. In 2010, Dr. Harris returned to Oklahoma to attend the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center (OUHSC), earning a Master of Public Health degree in health administration and policy. In 2018, he received his M.D. from OUHSC, where he also completed his residency in 2021. In July 2022, he completed a fellowship at the University of Illinois College of Medicine-Peoria where he focused on obstetrics and women's health. As a result, Dr. Harris is Oklahomaâ??s only African-American fellowship-trained family medicine and obstetrics (FM-OB) provider.
