we had a move scheduled for december 15th which went well. the movers were nice and did a great job getting our stuff on the truck. we were told that our items would be delivered within 7-9 days, prior to christmas. unfortunately, north american van lines experienced a delay due to weather and said they would be delivering our furniture after christmas. It is now January 4th and we still haven't received anything!!! we were told it will be here by the 6th however i am not holding my breath. Once our stuff was on the truck, it seems that no one from north american van lines was willing to do anything for the customer. we paid over $7000 to move our stuff and it has now taken over 22 days to receive the shipment. I would not recommend using north american van lines as they are expensive and they do not care about the customer once your items have been loaded on the truck.
