I am always so nervous when I go to the dentist but Dr. Cardon and his staff set my mind at ease. His assistants were so very friendly and always made sure I was doing okay. Dr. Cardon was very professional and had a gentle touch. I would definitely recommend North Pointe Endodontics to anyone in need of a root canal.

Very polite staff. Doctor has good bedside manner. He was very informative and answered all my questions.

The lady at the front that handles the billing is one of the RUDEST people I have met in my life. Not only did I have to sit and wait for almost an hour for her to figure out the insurance details-WHILE IN PAIN- but she called me months after and told me I owed more money than originally billed for. VERY unprofessional and annoying.

I think this place would be much better if they had someone better traned in customer services and taking down notes regarding patient history
