the staff is extremely rude. We arrived 2 min before closing time and would not let us in. They turned many customers away. The are the least merriest staff with no Christmas spirit. They should only sell Scrooge or pictures with Scrooge. Santa vacated the premise!

North Pole City's Santa seems to get crankier with each passing year. I remember when I would tell anyone that listened about how

Wonderful Santa was. I would explain that even though it is expensive and a hard long wait, Santa was worth it. I will not be able to say that anymore. Don't waste your time and money, he is not worth it anymore.

The Grinch lives here! Don't bother unless you want to spend an arm and a leg for decorations only to find the staff is not at all in the christmas spirit. Wouldn't let my 8yr old ride the train because she was too big but an adult can ride on the train?

Pretty but I have seen the same or better at Hobby Lobby. The staff were real rude with sour dispositions. Santa wasn't in costume and ruined the beautiful background and picture. The cheapest picture was 30 bucks yet I was told it was to hot for him to wear the suit or a hat. Not even for them to snap the picture. WONT GO BACK
