The only person I let touch my taxes. There were things as a small business owner, I didn’t even know I could deduct! He makes sure he’s thorough and ask all the right questions to ensure my taxes are accurate. He also gives helpful tips prior to tax season to help us prepare. Once I received a letter from the IRS saying I may be entitled to more of a refund. I took the documents to him and he was skeptical, but obliged. Of course, his calculations were correct and I wasn’t owed anything further. I get the most knowledge and the maximum refund since I’ve been a customer. It’s also made me a better business owner! To Mr And Mrs W., calling the IRS on an office that is merely doing what they are requiring of us under the EITC Due Diligence Act has only made the IRS acknowledge and appraise us as a company that follows proper protocol. Where the IRS has no jurisdiction over what an office charges to prepare tax returns, they do require professional tax preparers to collect information to insure that people aren't fraudulently receiving tax credits.
