We used to frequently get bagles and lunches at the Western location as it is close to work. Then last September 2011, we picked up bagles for our coworkers on the way to work. I took my 2nd bite of my bagle and had terrible pain in my jaw. When I spit everything out, I had a shattered molar! $2,000 later, I have had a root canal and a crown put on. So I filled out a claim with Panera on Western. I got a call a week later from their "insurance adjuster", who sounded about 16, stating that they are not liable as I took the food off of the property! My attorney assures me that this is not true, but I see no reason to spend more money to merely recoup the cost of my dental work, time off work to get it done, etc.

My advice? Do not give them a dime of your money because they certainly do NOT stand behind their products or have any concern about their customers that they injure.
