I have two miniature black poodles and have taken them to Pawfecto for about six years. Very happy with their work. My dogs always show great enthusiasm when going which tells me they are treated well. I suppose each client's experience is unique, but I can say that I have never experienced any rude or unprofessional service from the staff.

I took my dog Wiki to Pawfecto for 5+ years. I was always so happy with the service and

attention I received from his groomer and the entire staff. When I would change his cut to longer or shorter they always did such a wonderful job! When wiki passed away in a horrible accident involving another dog, they entire staff sent a signed card of sympathy. I continue to take my other dog to their salon.

I had been a client for a long time and never had an issue. As time went on issues starting arising. When the person that groomed my dogs left there I did to. Well tried to go back there with 3 dogs, two of which had been there, 1 of them since birth. I called and set an appointment for 4/9 with no issues, and then I get a call from the Owner, Shannon, in which she stated that she did not want to groom my dogs and had no interest in grooming my dogs or my business. She was not very pleasant about it either. Very unprofessional from the owner and I would never recommend anyone there again.

I just moved to OKC and need a good groomer desperately! I called Pawfecto because they are close and right by where I get my groceries. When I originally called they said they were booked out a week or so, which sucked, and they were kind of short with me. I scheduled anyway, just thinking if they are booked out that far they must be good! Wrong. I got there and it was so dirty looking!! Then while I was trying to give instructions they were snatching Bella up and running her to the back and rushing me while I was talking. Very rude I thought. Anyway, I got her back hours upon hours later, which if they did a good job I don't mind waiting, there was still hair blocking her eyes and her hair was so uneven! I could have done a way better job. I asked if they could fix her a little and they said on a different day that they were to busy. Needless to say I did NOT go get her fixed. THEY WERE AWFUL!!! Anyone have any suggestions?!? I need a place where we are both comfortable around rockwell/hefner area!! Please help!
