If you like being constantly harassed by "security" who makes your friends and family uncomfortable and if you like office members spreading false accusations telling all of your neighbors that you're drug dealers because you actually have friends who visit, and if you hate kids and like ppl who harass them then this is the place for you! They like to say it's "safe" here because they have a glorified parking attendant but in reality he's the only real threat who changes rules every day to fit whatever mood he's in and don't even try to get help from the office because they lie and cause so much drama that the police dept is even sick of dealing with them. The highlight of their day is to tow off as many cars as they can and kill any cats left outside. Ask any of the tenants and you will get endless stories. This is just the tip of the iceberg. But I can promise this isn't even the worst of it.

This complex is non compliant with ADA parking and access regulations. Their so called security officer has a reputation for harassing both residents and their visitors. He painted the handicap spaces as no parking/ loading zone only. The one and only reserved spot is across the lot in an ordinary sized space. Needs to be turned in for these federal violations!
