Provided by YP.comWasted my time by not showing, as well as not informing me they wouldn't be showing up.
Appointment set for 11a.m. gave them until 1p.m. before I CALLED THEM, not the other way around. Got a bunch of apologies and a guarantee they'd be there at 3p.m. They never showed, they never called for that one either. At that point I didn't even bother. You don't want my business? You don't get it.

Provided by YP.comThe whole experience was an unprofessional sh*tshow in the pouring rain! I called for a quote on a replacement key for my car and the lady was really sweet and gave a quote. After been placed on hold like 3 times, she told me that a guy could come in 3 hours but he'd call before he'd come. I didn't want to wait that long so I told her I was calling around. At the same time, my mom found a guy who could do it in 30 minutes. So I made a mental note to call pop a lock to ensure they were not coming even though they were supposed to call for verification.
Weeeell this is where things go to sh*t! Our guy from another company came within 30 minutes as promised and started working ASAP. At the same time, pop a lock's guy called me saying that he's pulling up!!! Wtf? I was told 3-4 hours and was promised I would be called beforehand. To hell with that I guess, because here the pop-a-lock guy comes pulling into the driveway within 30 minutes. He was yelling at me on the phone with vile language and using a nasty tone, after I explained to him the situation. His response was that that I wasted his time and gas. And he proceeded to pull up anyways in a confrontational way and continued ranting the entire time. My mom and the locksmith we hired were both shocked! I approached his car to try to calm him down, and still pissed off, he continued to yell at me. Somewhere in the confrontation, he showed me his phone showing that there was no ETA for the booking. There was no ETA because the order wasn't set in stone, genius. So I was thinking to myself "Why show up!!" Eventually feeling intimidated and drained, I offered him $20 for his troubles. He took it, talked crap about his dispatch, and still wasn't satisfied. Smh..
Makes no sense to be that unprofessional and rude. I called the management ( who was a cool guy) at Pop a Lock who listened intently and was assured something would be done about it. I hope so. *shivers* *shudders*

Provided by YP.comi had a huge problem with garvey's locksmith to replace my type 1 prelude key (i lost the last one so i had no spair) they jerked me around for a week before admitting they couldnt replace it and didnt have the right equipment, the day he admitted he couldnt fix it i called pop a lock and they came out that day and fixed it later in the evening. the worker did a sensation-able job on explaining everything to me and being patient with me (when i asked questions of how he was going to fix it), very polite. i would seriously recommend them to fix whatever problem u have because on a 97 type 1 prelude key loss is very very rare thing to fix...... and pop a lock came through huge so yes i will be using them in the future
