The facility has no dermatologist. Just physician assistants. I tried to get liver spots removed but the treatment they used, some type of light, did nothing.

I had an appointment at 10:15 in the morning with Advanced Aesthetics and told that I needed to arrive early to complete paper work. I had to take off work to make this appointment and made sure that I arrived early (10:00). I signed in at the front window and was greeted by the front desk. I waited for a about 10-15 minutes and then went up and no one was available at the front desk but could hear employees talking in the back ground. Unbelievably, I was the only client in the waiting room and finally at 10:40 I told the young talkative women that I was canceling my appointment. To my dismay there was no apology or offer of explanation for my long wait. After I left, I called the office back to speak with the office manager and was told that there was confusion at the front desk. What confusion could there possibly be when I was the only client in the waiting room. This company really made me feel like my business was not important or valued.
