I've never felt more insulted at a restaurant /pub than I have today.

I am currently at pint night and the bartender has actively talked to the guy to my left/the women to my right, and looked straight at me\saw me waving and ignored me. I sat for 15 min before the guy to my left said "she wants to order something ". There are only 70 glasses available, so tell me why the female short haired bartender handed him four glasses that he immediately put in his car. Then what looked like the owner (shorter male) handed him an extra glass and asked him what gift cards he wanted and gave him boxes of beer. Thinking this guy was a sponsor or rep of a beer company I asked where he worked and he said "oh I just sell real estate and sometimes home brew beer for friends ". All the while I'm trying to order something/girls to my right get free drinks from the bartender.

I have had the worst experience being ignored, waiting for beer/food (people that showed up 10 minutes after me were served first ) and rude people. According to the guy to my left "this place is only good to visit if you know the man and get hooked up".
