This place is a dump!!! I was promised counter replacements, trim work fixes, calking over spill removal and a chain lock. They move pretty fast on major issues but keep REALLY dumpy grounds! There are many apartments that are vacant, open wires on phone and cable TV polls, rocks missing from the Facade all over the place, grass that isn't mowed, landscaping issues with railroad ties rotting and falling apart, pealing paint EVERYWHERE on the buildings, nails from roofers laying in the parking lots and MANY MANY more problems that are IGNORED! On top of all this, the management people are friendly in the beginning...... Then when you have an issue they act like they are totally correct! I inquired about why the grounds weren't mowed in two weeks and Isha gave me a VERY LAME excuse. I'M OUT OFF HERE! DON'T BE FOOLED BY ANYTHING AT THIS PLACE! DON'T EVENT LOOK AT THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!! The management company that owns this complex must be BLIND!!!

i wouldn't recommend this place if it was the last apartment on earth! the staff is extremely rude and maintenance has NO idea how to fix anything! on top of all that they kicked my family out on the street because we complained about our upstairs neighbors throwing cigs over the balcony and LOUD noise. can u believe it?! THEY KICKED US OUT!? then they charged me 1100bucks to get out!! why would anyone move here?

It's a pretty good apartment complex but we are looking to move immediately. We have noisy upstairs neighbors who play loud rap music. Management said it's our problem and won't help. Service/Maintenance was excellent until recent management change. Now I have to call in a work order at least twice to get them to fulfill the request and they're never too excited to do it for you. The maintenance staff is pretty good though when they actually come.



The actual apartment is pleasant enough, the large living room is great. Kitchen is pathetic and there are no storage closets. It's an older complex and older utilities...the microwaves have the knob where you turn it instead of digital numbers. Not bad though for $609 a month.



I really really dislike the new management. They are unhelpful and really don't care if you have a problem or not.



I had my car broken into once, but the security guard caught them and ran them off. There are some shady people who live here. Lots of families with small children.



The management won't fix mud problems due to poor landscaping. Mud completely surrounds my apartment and is unavoidable whenever any precipitation occurs.
