Not just poor customer service, but extremely terrible customer service! Poor would be giving them a complement. They installed the softener unit outside as they said they could not install it in the garage because of where my water heater was located. Told me not to worry because they were going to provide me with a custom built cover to protect it from the elements (rain, snow, freeze, etc), and the cover would be installed within TWO WEEKS. They must count to 2 differently than I was taught because it has now been 3 MONTHS and still no cover despite repeated phone calls and promises of call backs (never called me back ever). Plus they offer a way to "earn" credits that could pay off your purchase price by referring people. How could I in good conscience refer people to them when they can't get my installation right in a timely manner? Unit works wonderfully, but I am concerned about the longevity of the unit being outdoors exposed to elements they promised wouldn't happen. Unit has already been exposed to rain, hail and our first freeze. I caution you to buy because product is good, but don't expect proper installation or good customer service. They can't get that right or even try to make it appear that they want to make it right.
