They will cheat you on your insurance money. I called before taking my son to this location and they assured me it would be treated as a doctor visit but then billed my insurance as an urgent care, costing me $151.00 when it should have been $20.00. They are only out to deceive and get money out of people any way they can.

Terrible business office! I had a balance after insurance paid. I paid the bill on 8/8 and today I receive a PAST DUE bill--one month later. When I called, the guy was like yeah i see that this was paid a month ago. I will send an email and have that removed....dont you think it should have been handled in less than a month!!!! You refuse to see me until I pay in full then you send me past due bills after I have?! SMH

The worst urgent care I have ever seen. The doctor named Ms. Heu, she doesnt look like a doctor. She checks with google after she checks patients. Never seen such a stupid kind of physician. Irresponsibility at its best.

Only interested in money.I was never asked what was wrong.just how I would pay.the first question on the sign in is "type of visit:insurance,credit card,or self pay.when I said that isnt a type of visit it is a type of payment the receptionist just laughed and said yeah.I was never asked what was wrong with me just how I would pay.its obvious they do not care about the patient's, just money.

yea, good place to go, i like the doctor Myers i thnk it is, this is better than the first med , down on nw 39th and meridian in my opinion, i got back pain relief just the right meds i believe, and my blood pressure meds too

I recently had to go to this office on a Sunday when my doctor's office was closed. I was a little nervous because I am not very trusting of new doctors. This doctor actually was able to figure out what was causing my cough that I have had for months. He treated the cause before it turns into something more serious. My other doctor would just treat the symptoms with cough medicine that knocked me out for two days and missed what was causing my cough for months. Sometimes it just takes a different opinion.

I have terrible Allergies that have progressed over the years. Rapid Remedy has Allergy testing that was painless and didn't take long at all. Now I know what I'm really allergic too and I'm starting Allergy shots next week. The staff and Doctors are great, I highly recommend coming here.

This is a great place to go. The facility is clean, modern and has a great staff. I got the impression that Dr. Anderson really cares about his patients, he asked questions, listened to my complaints and performed a very thorough examination. I have been to several immediate care clinics over the years and I must say "this one is the best." I would recommend Rapid Remedy to everyone.

Great facility, very nice staff Dr. Anderson was very nice and actually cared about what I had to say, i will be returning.

They were very friendly the check you out well, they are open till 9pm and except pregnant people as well.
