We have lived here for two years. We've never really had a problem with the apartment itself, however, the "extra" amenities have always been lacking (the weight room has had broken equipment since we moved in two years ago, some of it dangerous). But recently after the management changed recently, things have really gone downhill. The pool is full of algae, there are HUGE potholes that could do damage to cars they keep saying they are going to fix but we're still waiting. And there are broken tiles next to the pool that my son has cut his foot on. We recently signed a new lease. And I certainly hope that bringing these issues to light on a public forum can elicit some changes, as talking with management multiple times doesn't seem to help. I don't want to cause a stir, I just want to make our environment safe and enjoyable for ourselves and for our neighbors. I believe we pay well for this.

I was out of the state while my roommates and I were trying to finalize everything for our apartment and James was incredibly helpful and patient working with me to make sure that I knew exactly what to do and that everything was done correctly. He was very efficient and was willing to do whatever he could to help make the process easier for me. Thank you!!! I'm looking forward to moving in!

Very helpful staff that went above and beyond to help me find the perfect apartment. I heard the past management wasn't very good but the new management is extremely helpful and great. James was exceptionally helpful and very personable as well!

DO NOT MOVE HERE. Absolutely horrible place to live. My short term lease was not short enough. Glad to be out of there.

Horrible! Avoid at all cost!!

Horrible customer services and a bad place to live. Roaches and things are broken down or had problems so often. Everything time you need them to fix somethings, it takes them several weeks to come fix it. If you have an emergency at night, their phone system says there is one person on site to help, but there isn't. It feel unsafe at night when you walk out because It' s super dark in the parking lots with no lighting at all. Probably they try to save electricity. Can't list enough bad things happening here. Never lived in a worse apartment like this before. It's not worth to pay $1100/month for all these crabs. Cant wait to move out when the contract ends. Avoid or you will regret.

If I could rate this complex w...

If I could rate this complex with less than one star, I definitely would. Horribly rude staff that likes to argue (mainly just Erin, THE LEASING MANAGER), unclean grounds, and spider-silverfish-earwig infestations are just the beginning. The office is really hard to get in contact with; evening during business hours. They also do not have a reliable system to file any of their paperwork. They sent us a notice stating that we missed our month-to-month payments...even though I have a 14 month contract. When confronted, Erin argued that our lease had ended five months before and that we had been month-to-month since. SHE was the one who renewed our lease! What a freaking joke. She then couldn't locate our file when we asked to see it. After 20 minutes of looking, she finally found it and all of the sudden, her attitude was gone when she realized she was wrong. Just one unnecessary situation. The walls of the place are super thin and everyone can hear everyone's business. Oh and there is a courtesy attendant; lovely, right? NO. This extremely unpleasant woman (last name Williams with the OKC Sheriff's Department) is only available to make you feel like crap. She doesn't give a care in the world what your problems are - she is just there to act all high and mighty then do nothing that actually pertains to her job. The 'gym', if you can call it that, is lacking. It is already very ill-equipped, but most of the time, half the machines are broken. Management posts a bunch of signs asking to clean the equipment after usage but doesn't provide the cleaning supplies. I mean, everything here is just backwards. Before, this place was Village at Quail Springs with a ton of horrible reviews. They thought that changing their name would shake that off, but unfortunately for them, the apartments are still awful and people still need to know why to never live here.
