Provided by YP.com"Cheap" is a relative term. It may seem inexpensive at first, but the vet bills, stolen supplies, injuries caused by neglect, death caused by neglect, etc. are in no way cheap. It needs to be closed.If an owner can't afford to feed, vaccinate, treat injuries, etc., that owner may have too many horses. It is hard to get rid of some, but it is unfair to the horses and the boarders that pay the tab in one way or another.
