Provided by YPmobileThis is a poorly operated hotel/motel. Some of the unavailable/uninhabitable rooms don't even have heating/air conditioning units which result in massive burst pipes in subzero weather. Instead of arranging for a plumbing company to complete repairs as quickly as possible, the ownership relied on their maintenance man to effect repairs and since over a week has passed without normal water service being available it proves he is not equal to the challenge. Some days there has been no running water in the rooms. Also the wifi in the rooms is very undependable. Stated time goals for repairs are almost never met. I would not recommend this establishment unless you are desperate.

Provided by YP.comI would think twice about staying in this particular hotel. First it started off they never received our reservation so my husband had to call the travel company, in which we had booked our room with, multiple times to send the confirmation fax. Their reason for never receiving the fax was "their phones were down." I had even showed the desk clerk the confirmation email in my husbands email account, yet she still took down all his information, like we were lying about booking the room. We had traveled all night, almost 1000 miles & they made us wait until 3pm to get into our room, not even offering us the first available clean room. After getting into our room which smelled like wet, dirty shoes, we discovered the sink at the vanity is leaking. My husband reported this finding to the front desk, which they brushed him off on even putting us in a different room. I would have told my husband to DEMAND OUR MONEY BACK however; the travel company had already billed our account for this room for the week. Today I was standing outside and as I went to return to our room, the room keycard was no longer working. I went up to the front desk the desk clerk scanned the card and got it working again. I also inquired as to why we do not have internet service in the rooms. She again stated that it was likely due to the fact that they are "having problems with the phones". (This seems to be the favored excuse for a lot of things. It is funny because as my husband and I were trying to get the whole reservation issue taken care of yesterday, the desk phone was working quite well. The company we used called & talked to the desk clerk at least 3 times the previous day.) Again, I had inquired about the unresolved reservation issue, the desk clerk said to me, in quite the nasty tone, "I told him yesterday I would get this issue taken care of & I did!" I felt like telling that clerk, that "him" is my husband and this issue with the reservation involves my money as well & I REFUSE to be billed twice for such horrible service & disrespect as a customer. My recommendation is to keep on traveling down the road and pay the higher price. After this week is up we are not going to stay here again. I write this review from a Mc Donald's as their phones miraculously are still "not working".
