Never in the office. Will lie to you about what's owed. Minimum of 4 hour wait after you call to see them. The owner sharon is a ditz. Rick the "helper" is RUDE and needs to learn HOW to talk to people that are TRYING to post a bond. My advice, use ANY OTHER BOND COMPANY. NO JOKE.
