Even One star is to much! I will never use this business again!! We were given a quote for having signs made for our business and were told that it included them packing and shipping them back to us when completed. We had 2 panels to ship for them for completing. Once we were given a quote we shipped the panels to the business. Once they received our shipment, we were told the price had went up. Since we had already shipped the panels, we decided to go ahead and have them made. (1st price increase)

Once the panels for the sign were completed, they called wanting us to come pick the panels up saying they didn’t have a way to ship them and would have to charge shipping, in addition to the cost we already agreed on. (2nd price increase) It is a 5 hour drive for us, so we told him to ship them after he gave us another price. (What else could we do???)

When the signs were shipped, we were told that they had to charge us for packing the signs to be shipped. The business said they had no packing materials. (3rd price increase)

If you use this business, PLEASE be sure to get every little detail in writing from this company. They have lost any future business of mine. I am going somewhere else!
