Yes Mr. thompson I have looked into the bill that you are concerned with and I'm sorry that you feel like the bill was to high. But when you did call us it was at night past our normal business hours and you were south of norman on I35. My mechanic had to drive back into the city on the far west side and go to 3 different parts houses in order to find that particular hose that had busted on you. He also did not charge you for the anti freeze needed to refill your truck trying to help you with the charges. We explain to every customer what are charges are which are $95 a hour with 2 hr min and a $65 service call with in city limits you were outside city limits of okc and he only charged you for the service call no mileage as well trying to help you out on the bill. Thank you for your business and I apologize that you feel the way that you do but we do try to make sure every customer is satisfied with our work.
