I have been wanting to try "In the Raw" for some time. I have to say I was disappointed with the service. While the atmosphere and decor are nice, it fails to make up for the quality of the food or service. My miso soup was at best lukewarm and not hot. Raw mushroom slices were floating on top as a garnish - while this is a nice touch - supposedly the hot miso soup should cook the mushrooms by the time it reaches your table. I ordered the candy roll which was supposed to be spicy and was not, and the ny roll. Both were quite small, and the rice was undercooked - when you picked up your sushi roll it crumbled apart... For the price you pay it is definitely not worth it. I would not recommend this restaurant.

This is not a high quality restaurant. My soup spoon was dirty and the miso soup was luke warm when served. When we got our sushi it was like amatuers made it- rice undercooked, luke warm once again ( gross!), was very small for the price, and was sloppily put together. Sushi Hayashi on SW 104 and Penn next to Panera Bread is my favorite- high quality food and resonable priced.

I was very excited to try out the new sushi place in bricktown and was sorely disappointed! Don't let the cute decor fool you, it makes up for the lack of friendliness and ability of the staff. The wait staff was so unfriendly we actually entertained ourselves with a 'find a smile' search. We couldn't find a single one on any of the staff. Our waiter did not check on us once during after he dropped of our sushi. Maybe it was because of the horrible quality of the fish. Dry, WARM (which is a hazard for sushi), no sheen. Needless to say we didn't even finish our food out of fear, and our party went home talking about how we hoped we weren't going to get food poisoning. The menu was far overpriced for such bad quality. Your money would go much further for the price at sushi neko or Saii, and the service is far superior.
