Every time I have had a question about accessories and had to call a T-Mobile store, this NW Expressway location has ALWAYS gone above and beyond to find me the answer - where the other stores have not been so helpful...the store on MacArthur (23rd Street) literally stinks (Jason in particular might think he's just been asked to kill his grandmother rather than provide the correct answer to "do you have a holder for the DASH? - and he said "NO" but when the Rep from the NW Expwy store went so far as to call down to the MacArthur store for me to check for me (I live so much closer to MacArthur) and the Manager had to admit they had it (I had warned him not to speak to Jason) and now I get to go to the store and ask for Jason...then ask for the Manager when he tells me he doesn't have one! Anyway, my point is that when I have the time, I drive to NW Expressway to get my stuff because they provide superior customer service over the phone!
