Provided by YP.comThe management person here is a female with extreme problems. Being threatened with eviction for complaining that maintenance requests are ignored for MONTHS is NOT ACCEPTABLE. Whomever owns this place needs to REPLACE the female apartment manage immediately or Isola Bella will NOT improve.
When drugs and crime are present and "renovation" has not fixed problems it is only cosmetic. The fitness center is a joke. The equipment is old and unusable. The sauna and locker rooms are a joke! Four lockers! LOL!
The apartments are small with not laundry connections except for small units that MUST BE RENTED at $30 a month and which they seem to NEVER have available. Laundry is best done by going

Provided by YP.comI have been living in these apartments for over a year. When forced to move by management to make more room for the higher paying Extended Stay/FAA guests, we were asked to live in an area where literally someone is shot weekly (look up crime stats on Lyrewood and Rockwell). The leasing agents will promise the moon and the stars and then management will say no way. No one ever returns a phone call or does what they say they will. I sat right there in the office one day as the leasing agents surfed the net and let the phone ring and ring. As the other review said, the renovation is shoty at best and again, I cannot express enough how much the leasing agents will lie to you and management does not care. You'd be better off at the Twin Lakes right door at a much lower cost. At least they don't pretend to be something they are not.

Provided by YP.comThe water in this place is the smelliest on earth, guess they forgot to "renovate" the plumbing. They used indoor/outdoor carpet in the bedrooms, which snags easily and just isn't real inviting to walk on barefoot. The "hard wood" floors are not hard wood at all, they are wood design laminate. It's in a shady neighborhood and the apartment managers are an absolute JOKE. Karen, who works in the office, and is supposedly a manager or something is the "only one" who can do anything, unfortunately she is conveniently NEVER available. I'm trying to think of somehting nice to say about this place....hmmmm....well, the tile work in the shower was nice.
