Have requested Numerous times for them too stop throwing their "TRASH" advertising in my yard. They promise to stop but start throwing again.
I was a daily subscriber for years until they couldn't get the paper delivered timely if at all, they can't get the daily paper delivered, but have no problem throwing trash in my yard!

I canceled my subscription over a year ago because I wasn't reading the articles or using the coupons. They have been calling me every other week trying to get me to subscribe, again. I tell them NO every time and asked that they stop calling me but they still keep calling. Stop calling me, please.

I have to call each time to have my paper delivered late.



I have subscribed to the Oklahoman for years. Three years ago I went to the Sunday and Wednesday deliveries only. I renewed in September. Since the week before Thanksgiving I have not been receiving my papers. (7 weeks)

I waited 2 weeks to call because I had trouble finding the correct number, and thought it would get better. Since then I have to call each day after I do not receive my paper.



They tell me they are "sorry" and they will take care of it but nothing has changed.



Really horrible Customer Services. This is definitely a "Needs Improvement" but no one seems to care. They keep telling me a supervisor will call me but no one ever has. I am very frustrated. I want my paper but I am definitely tired of this.

I would give them 1/2 a star but that is not an option, so I am giving them 1 star.

Got your money - where's my paper?

I sent a check in February for a year subscription of the Sunday paper, haven't seen a paper since. I called on May 24, had a really hard time getting through, was put on hold, and then was told my request would be sent to the proper department and a refund would be sent. Still no paper, and of course no refund. Called again August 3, same exact story, only this time I was told the "billing department" would be contacting me. No paper, no refund, no call. It is September 5. I have be receiving a busy signal for over an hour now and decided to check to see if they had a web site. I have yet to find it, but did find this.

I honestly liked their paper, when I received it, but their service is terrible!!!

good luck trying to talk to a real live person. i have been placed on hold forever and then hung up on!!!!!! if there was another paper in town i would cancel this one in a heart beat!!!!

CHARGED TWICE IN ONE MONTH

I have a subcription for the week- end paper and I was charged twice in March, and I can't seem to reach anyone on the phone, so this is the only way I know to let the paper know what happened. I was on hold for 20 minutes at one time and every attempt I made to call back has gone unanswered.
