DO NOT MOVE IN: HEALTH HAZARD'S, PAINTED OVER MOLD, NON WORKING PARTS IN APARTMENTS, MICE, ROACHES, SHOOTING IN FRONT IF CHILDREN BUT MOST OF ALL "POOR/CARELESS/UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT".

Living here is like hell. Shootings outside, children can't play without caution, Management sit on their asses and let maintenance orders pile up. I have experience 3 different manger's living here and they have no clue how to run apartments safely. They have multiple boarded up spaces with mold under and over you. They paint over there issues. They have careless management taking weeks to fix a simple issue. The abandoned units are sickning and un safe for resident's. It's not work your health or safety!

Lived here for 2 almost 3 years. The new management sucks. They transferred me and my children to a "remodeled" apartment in November and it wasn't acceptable. I had to fight to get them to install a new toilet as the one there wouldn't flush, fought for a new a.c. because there wasn't even a unit installed to my apt. It took them 4 months to do it but never added Freon. Black mold was painted over in the bathroom tile, roaches and food were painted over in kitchen cabinets, my kitchen faucet rusted out and toilet was installed incorrectly. I gave I written statement of things that were wrong and was told it'd be fixed, but a month went by and they did nothing To resolve it. Management there sucks especially a woman there named Melissa. She's very confrontational and feels the need to raise her voice at anybody who comes into the office with complaints and makes empty promises of resolving the issues. They really went down hill. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.
