My son had a catastrophic break down on I-35 in rush hour - his rear tires seized up. His Jeep was towed to SouthSide and they called us the next day with the bad news. It would require a substantial repair not worth the value of the car. We decided the Jeep would become a hobby car and as my son would be moving out of state in a few weeks, called to see if they could hold the car until we got there to move him. They were wonderful about it. When we arrived to pick it up, the staff helped get the Jeep onto a car hauler for us and were wonderful. We tried to pay multiple times as they not only took up space storing the vehicle for weeks, but also took staff time to load the Jeep onto a trailer for us. Each time they just told no and that they hate delivering bad news like they had to with us. They were fantastic all the way around and I would LOVE to have their garage close to me. Our family would be life long customers if so.
