Provided by YPmobileMy daughter loves this daycare. She comes home daily with something new she has learned. Languages on down to reading. I feel as a mother I made a great choice. Mrs. Trina and her staff are great in my book.

Provided by YPmobileI used to work here and I am very concerned about the care that is given here. there are no water fountains and the children don't even get water after recess time. Some of the teachers do not even pay attention to the children during recess time, all they do is chat. Also, employees are not paid over time. And they have to stay after work hours until the children go home. I wouldnt take my child here.

Provided by YP.comMs. Trina has an EXTREMELY unprofessional attitude when it comes to the children and parents. Her rates were already the highest of every daycare we looked at when we enrolled our child, but it was the largest facility with the most benefits so we enrolled him anyway. a few months later, Ms. Trina raised all her rates due to earning her "3rd star" for DHS. Then, a few weeks later, she decided that paying on-time on Monday mornings was not good enough, she needed all the parents to prepay the Friday before so she could make sure no one skipped out. She changed both of these policies without any visible concern of how it affected us parents or if we could even afford it. On top of high rates, they constantly ask for extra things like $1 ice cream on Fridays, $1 raffle tickets, and even sent fundraiser catalogs home with TWO YEAR OLDs. I just got really tired of being asked to put my hands deeper in my pocket all the time, to bring and do more stuff. On top of all of this, the day I gave Ms. Trina my 2 week notice, I told her I didn't want to participate in the fund raisers, she started screaming at me about how much slides cost, griped me out, de-enrolled my son that day, and hung up in my face. I would never do business with Ms. Trina again, she has a lack of respect, lack of ANY customer service skills, she's really about the $$ and it shows.

Provided by YP.comOn March 18, 2008, during Spring Break, this childcare facility took it's children to the discount movies in Norman. The teachers cut in line in front of several other parents and day care facilities, who had been waiting in line 20-30 minutes prior to their showing up, to purchase tickets to Alvin and the Chipmunks. When one parent spoke up, the teacher turned around and spoke rudely to the other parent. Because of her actions, the kids who had been patiently waiting in line were not able to see the show they had come to see.
Is this the type of values you want to instill in your children?
