sends out phones that either don't work and phones are over heating! Battery could explode on your child and they don't care! want you to pay for a newer phone when its suppose to be a free phone in good working condition! :( Don't think so!
They told me they wouldn't replace phone even if it explodes on my child! I told them I will sue you for everything you got! phones don't over heat for no reason!

Very poor customer service at your Shawnee location. Went to ur Shawnee location last Wednesday to purchase new service and a phone. I was asked how i could be helped by one of the 4 ladies inside the store. I ask the lady if she could assist me with getn new service plan and a phone. I qas told by her i needed to go to the tent set up outside the establishment. I asked why i could not just do that with her inside the store due to 3 weeks prior my first visit to ur store i was helped by someone inside with no problems. Having my 75 year old with me who was getn me my new phone and service as a gift for Christmas. I explained to ur employee id rather not have my Mother standing outside in the very bitter cold weather. So bad i hated to go outside to get set up with a new plan and phone i did. Well guess what after waiting 7 minutes on someone to return to the tent outside to gelp me the only customer waiting in line he couldnt answer any of our questions. He onlt knew info on a $1 month plan that we were not interest in. So we left with no plan or phone. Dont think as a new business in town with all the compation u have that u will last long with the poor customer service u have. I only gave u a 1 rating cause it requested i had to so i could submit my compliant.
