I paid for a Groupon that was never honored (3 mowings). I called to make an appointment in advance but they never showed up, not just once, but twice.

Total professionals! Everyone at the company from the lawn mowers to the people on the phone were super. They do great work and show attention to detail that the last company i used did not. Thank you guys!

Very professional.. Cleaned up after themselves just a good all around company they do just about everything for my yard they do my sprinklers, mowing, the whole 9 yards they keep up with me and there great!!!

These guys cut my lawn regularly... Very professional, courteous, and kind. I use them for all my lawn services ( fertilization, weed control and my flower beds) they always come when the say they will and do a marvelous job.

thjs is the best company I have ever used last year I was using another company and did not get the results that wanted. then I got a flyer from turfpros so I thought I would give them a try and now I have the best looking lawn in the neighborhood I would recommend the to all my friends and family

BEWARE when buying a groupon, discount, etc with this Company! I got a groupon and called them to set it up in March. It took them 4 weeks to come and spray the first time. The receptionist insisted I give them my credit card even though I am was not signing up for a package. She said they had to have it. She promised I would not be signed up for a package of any kind.



Finally after they sprayed my yard, left a sign in the yard but I could not tell it had been sprayed (my neighbors' yards were all a different color and it was very clear theirs had been sprayed). There were no instructions, nothing. I called and told her to make sure I was not signed up for anything. She said I was not.



On May 11th, my card was charged $40. I called several times and left several messages for someone to return my call and finally a week later the owner did. He said the receptionist was no longer there and he was going to make this right. I told him I was not to be charged and that no one had even come to spray my yard. He talked to someone in the background and they told him my yard was sprayed?!?! I said "No, it was NOT and I did NOT sign up for anything. It took over a month for you to come out the first time and it has only been a month since then." He said they usually spray then charge the card the following week after they call and let you know. He said he would have someone come and spray it and make it right. I told him I wanted a refund. I have yet to have the refund and no one has come out to spray. I tried disputing it with my bank but there is nothing they can do. I am going to have to get a new debit card so he doesn't charge my card again this month. I just called again today and left a message. This makes the 10th call I have made to them over the past month trying to get this resolved. Each time they act like it's the first time they have heard about it.



Hope this saves someone from having the same thing happen to them. Ps - my yard looks worse than my next door neighbor's who does not spray or do anything to their yard. Weeds everywhere. The guy that mows my yard said there was no way it was ever sprayed.
