The lady working had a huge attitude because their menu was misleading and I asked for something that was not part of it. I was fine with getting something different, but she continued to get loud and go on about it and come up with excuses of why even though I've purchased what I asked for before and the sign reads as if that's what you can get, that she wasn't the one who made the signs she just knows what included. My experience working in customer service they are the face of the company and should not place blame on someone else. Just apologize for the miscommunication and say you'll tell management that it confused you, not get all defensive and rude with your customer. I will never eat here again because of how rude I felt she was.
