Who answers the phone? I tried calling to talk to someone about how to contact security. How is it open for business and no one mans the phone? Cant be that busy as new walmarts popping up everywhere.

Apparently, during the year since the last review was written, this Wal-mart has slipped quite a bit in the cleanliness category. I've had a few good experiences with the department employees there being helpful (when I could find them), until I got to the checkout lines which are notoriously long (not referring to the Holiday Season - I've been shopping here off/on for a year). The cashiers, thinking they are being courteous by engaging shoppers in conversation, quickly slip to constant complaining about the job, long hours, missed breaks, and working over. Unfortunately, I agree with them - they obviously could use more help in the SEVERAL lanes that aren't opened - but I don't necessarily want to hear about it every time I go in there. Can't help but wonder what the turnover rate is with Sup's and Mgt there - these issues are clearly poor management and could have been rectified before getting so bad.
