Provided by YPmobileI bought an above ground pool a year & a half ago. We asked if the pool could be set into the ground 2-2 1/2 feet & were told no problem but it would be an extra charge. This was not a problem & told the owner we wanted it buried. They delivered on time but refused to bury the pool 2 feet as discussed at purchase. We'd had a pool before so the area was already leveled & sanded. The workers just didn't want to do it. I called the owner & he would never return my call until the next day long after the workers were gone. A few days in we noticed a leak where the skimmer attaches to the side. I had to call repeatedly to get them out to come fix it. A few weeks into the season we noticed a leak at one of the seams. Called & called them but never received a call back. This place only wants to sell you a product. They obviously sell an inferior product & don't want to make good on any repairs. Their customer service is awful. They are the only place that sells the chemical we use but I order mine directly from the manufacturer to keep from giving these people another dime. I will never buy anything from them again & anyone who's asked me where to buy a pool, my answer is: Anywhere but Wholesale Hot Tubs & Pools.

Provided by YP.comWe have bought two above ground pools from this place the last 6 years ago. We need a new liner this year and so we contacted them. They gave us the number of their installer but after several attempts to contact this person we had received no call back. My husband finally called Wholesale Hot Tubs back to tell them about no one calling us back and they informed us they were behind 5 months and made my husband feel like he was bothering them. I understand this is the busy time of year but that's no excuse why someone couldn't at least call us back. We will no longer do business with this company. Must have changed owners or something.

Provided by YP.comHello, We have a hot tub that has a very small leak in on of the pvc pipes. We called WholeSale Hot Tubs where we purchased the tub and was that there repair man would be $75.00 to come out and &65.00 hr after that plus parts. I told him that could be a fourtune given the amount of foam that has to be cut away to even get to the leak. The sales clerk than told me about a product called Fix A Leak. I was shocked to hear that they were charging $55.00 for this product, but we was assured it would save us money for a repair man.
Reluctantly we paid the $55.00 for the fix a leak. I used this product just as the directions said and it appeared that the leak was fixed. The next morning, the leak was back. After reseach on the web I found this same product for sale anywher from $13.00 to $29.95. We felt that the $55.00 is extreme price gouging and was very upset that we paid so much for the same product found on the web all over for much less. We were very displeased. When you try a product and dont pay very much for it, its not that big of a deal. But when you try a product and pay a considerable amout over what should have been paid, and it doesnt work, its disturbing. So we called Leisure Time to get the name of there repair man, he was going to only charge $100 to $125 to fix the leak. But we decided to attempt to fix our self and after further research we found a product called EP-400 Epoxy Putty for $5.00 at Home Depot, Yes I said $5.00. Great product for fixing a small leak that was just a hairline crack in the pvc pipe. So careful of the extreme price markup on your products from this store.
